Placing Orders by Telephone
Orders must be received before 4pm to guarantee deliveries the day after (if nominated day).

Orders left on the answerphone service cannot be guaranteed for delivery the following day, and in any event must be left before 9pm the day before your nominated delivery day.

Orders must be received 2 days before your nominated delivery day to guarantee deliveries.
Delivery
Minimum delivery = £120.00 net value.

Shortages must be noted with driver and on delivery note at the time of delivery before goods are signed for.

Damages must be notified to the sales office within 24 hours of delivery.

An administration charge of 10% OR £20, whichever is greater will be made for returned goods ordered in error by the customer.
Account/Payments
All goods are supplied on a Cash on Delivery basis except to approved credit customers.

New customers are required to pay their orders by cash until approved to pay by cheque on delivery. (After agreed credit has been authorised and account information approved)

A £35 administration charge is payable for dishonored cheques.

Accounts not settled within terms will incur a late payment fee of 0.5% per day of the outstanding balance.

CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED (A charge may be made to cover costs).

The title of goods will not pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full.

FAILURE TO MEET PAYMENT TERMS WILL RESULT IN THE GOODS NOT BEING DELIVERED AND THE IMMEDIATE CLOSURE OF THE ACCOUNT.
